Larian Studios has released patch 4 for Baldur's Gate 3, addressing over a thousand issues according to the detailed patch notes. The update fixes various bugs and adds new options, such as colorblind-friendly features to enhance game clarity. It also updates AMD FidelityFX Super Resolution to version 2.2, promising improved graphical performance for users of FSR, including on the Steam Deck. Significant modifications have been made to Act 3 gameplay, which had been the most criticized part of the otherwise acclaimed game.

Baldur’s Gate 3 was released on PC in August, and on PlayStation 5 in September. The game received a high praise, scoring 9.5 points: "Baldur's Gate 3 is the best RPG in years. It's not for everyone and has a steep learning curve for non-D&D players. But those willing to delve in will find a game offering unmatched choice freedom." The game is expected to be available on Xbox Series X and S later this year.
