Techland has announced the removal of the Dying Light 2: Stay Human Ultimate Edition from sale on September 30, 2024. Anyone who currently owns or purchases this edition before the cutoff date will retain access to its benefits, including the upcoming title, Dying Light: The Beast, for free. Originally intended as a Story DLC, The Beast has evolved into a standalone game that provides a cooperative first-person shooter experience rather than focusing solely on survival horror. The pricing details for The Beast are still uncertain, but it was initially communicated that the standalone title would be priced at $39.99.
