Gamers who have been waiting for "The Expanse: A Telltale Series" to arrive on Steam can look forward to its release, as a new Steam page indicates that the episodic game is coming soon. While a specific release date for the Steam version has not been provided, the series has already been available on the Epic Games Store, as well as PlayStation and Xbox consoles since this past summer, consisting of five episodes.
"The Expanse" video game is inspired by the popular sci-fi television series of the same name, which itself is based on a series of books. In the game, players take on the role of Camina Drummer, exploring the hazardous and unexplored territories of The Belt aboard the spaceship Artemis. Developed by Telltale Games, this title represents the company's first release since its bankruptcy in 2018, after which its assets were acquired by LCG Entertainment. The company is also working on "The Wolf Among Us 2," and despite recent layoffs at Telltale, the development of its games appears to be ongoing.
Fans of the Telltale series and "The Expanse" can soon experience this narrative-driven adventure on Steam, expanding its availability to a broader audience looking for their next interactive storytelling fix.
