Today, the first screenshots of the Nintendo Switch version of Hogwarts Legacy have surfaced online. Originally released earlier this year on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC, the game later arrived on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. The release of the Switch version saw multiple delays, but it has now been confirmed to be available from November 14.
Denian Franken issued an 8.5 rating to the PS5 version of the game: "Hogwarts Legacy could have remained in development longer to prevent its technical imperfections. Fortunately, it hardly detracts from this otherwise magical experience. Hogwarts Legacy provides the promised Wizarding World simulation in an open game world, with a plethora of content that Harry Potter fans can sink their teeth into."
It was learned earlier this year, through a job posting, that Avalanche Software, the developer of Hogwarts Legacy, is working on a new game. Whether it is a sequel to Hogwarts Legacy is unknown at the moment.
