Frozen 3 Pushed to 2027, Disney Hints at Frozen 4

Frozen 3 has officially been delayed to 2027, with exciting new concept art revealed during the Disney Entertainment Showcase at D23. The artwork showcases Elsa riding an ethereal ice horse while Anna and Olaf are seen traveling alongside. A menacing horned shadow hints at a potential villain in the film. Producer Jennifer Lee teased that the story will require two films to address the many questions left after Frozen 2, confirming the development of Frozen 4 alongside the third installment. No further information about the plot has been disclosed, but Josh Gad is set to return as Olaf, while Idina Menzel is confirmed to reprise her role as Elsa. Disney also shared updates on other sequels, including Moana 2 and Zootopia 2.
