This updated version will be available on Xbox, PC, and PlayStation, featuring enhanced visual and audio improvements, including 4K resolution, 120 FPS multiplayer, and cross-play capabilities, allowing players to join forces across different platforms. The remaster aims to commemorate the franchise’s 20th anniversary and includes all DLC from Gears of War: Ultimate Edition, enhancing the experience for both new and returning players. Additionally, gamers who own the digital version of the Ultimate Edition will receive this remaster as a free upgrade, with full cross-progression available for those who sign in with a Microsoft account.
