New Astro Bot Game Announced in State of Play 2024

At Sony's State of Play presentation, Team Asobi announced their next project: a new Astro Bot game set to release in 2024 for PS5. The trailer showcases the adorable bot engaging in platforming and battling foes, with nods to classic games like PaRappa the Rapper and Journey. The game will feature six galaxies with over 80 levels and utilize the PS5's DualSense controller with 15 new abilities. This is Team Asobi's fifth project featuring Astro Bot, following the PS5 launch title Astro's Playroom. The game is slated for release on September 6, 2024, and preorders confirm it will not be free.
