Jun 11, 2024 4:09 PM

Marvel's Spider-Man 2 is receiving an update on June 18, bringing new suits and community-driven improvements. Patch 1.003.000 will add eight suits to the PlayStation 5 exclusive, including creations from well-known figures like KidSuper and Real Madrid forward Vini Jr. Meanwhile, the game will also see stability improvements and gameplay adjustments, such as the ability to swap parry and traversal abilities between the Symbiote and Spider Arms. Four suits are returning from previous Insomniac games, now retrofitted for Marvel’s Spider-Man 2.

What new suits are being added to Marvel's Spider-Man 2?

Marvel's Spider-Man 2 is adding eight new suits in the latest update. Four of these are new designs created in collaboration with various artists and personalities, while the other four are retrofitted from previous games like Marvel’s Spider-Man and Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales, including the Into The Spider-Verse suit and Miles Morales’ Animated suit.

Marvel's Spider-Man 2 builds upon the success of its predecessors, featuring enhanced graphics and gameplay for the PlayStation 5. Fans have been eagerly awaiting these updates which follow in the wake of the game's earlier patches that added New Game+ and new suits, although there were some accidental reveals of development menus that could disrupt save data and trophy progress.
