No more What If... after season 3: trilogy complete

Marvel's What If...? series on Disney+ is set to conclude with its third season, marking the end of the show's exploration of alternative universes within the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). Brad Winderbaum, Marvel's head of streaming, television, and animation, confirmed that season 3 will complete the trilogy, promising unexpected characters and story arcs that will culminate satisfyingly for fans of the Watcher. Although a release date has not been finalized, a late 2024 premiere is possible. Alongside this news, it was revealed that the upcoming Fantastic Four film might be set in the 1960s, though potentially in a different universe.
