PlayStation Portal's Cloud Streaming Beta Now Supports Gameplay Capture

Sony has introduced exciting updates for PlayStation Portal users participating in the Cloud Streaming Beta, enhancing the remote play experience. The update includes game sorting capabilities allowing players to organize their library by name, release date, or recently added titles from PlayStation Plus. Additionally, players can now capture gameplay during their streaming sessions, with video clip support up to 1920x1080 resolution and a three-minute duration. Other functional improvements include automatic pausing of gameplay when accessing the quick menu or entering rest mode, along with a queue for streaming servers and notification features for inactivity. These enhancements aim to position PlayStation Portal as a valuable standalone cloud streaming device, as Sony continues to adapt based on user feedback.
