The upcoming co-op game Gangs of Sherwood, developed by Appeal Studios, has been delayed for a month. Instead of its original release date on November 2, the game will now launch on November 30. The developer revealed that the extension is intended to address feedback from a recently released demo during the Steam Next Fest and make necessary improvements.
Gangs of Sherwood offers a unique approach to the Robin Hood tales, where players lead rebels as Robin, Marian, Friar Tuck, and Little John, and steal from the rich to give to the poor. Players embark on the adventure in groups of four using these characters, fighting against the army, and returning stolen money to the people. The gameplay includes options for various combinations, purchasing new upgrades, and applying different fighting styles.
When launched, Gangs of Sherwood will be available on Steam, Epic Games Store, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X and S.
