Bloodborne Hunter figma gets re-release in May 2027

The figure is based on the Hunter as seen in FromSoftware’s PS4 action RPG’s The Old Hunters DLC.

The expected release is set for May 2027; no final price was listed in the provided sources.

What happened

Good Smile Company is bringing back the figma Hunter: The Old Hunters Edition as a pre-order product. The figure is tied to Bloodborne: The Old Hunters, the expansion for FromSoftware’s PlayStation 4 game Bloodborne. In the provided product information, the figure is described as a new set with extra weapons, with the poseable figma joints taking center stage.

According to the product details, this is a poseable figma with the line’s signature flexible joints. The available source specifically mentions the Saw Cleaver, Hunter Pistol, and Hunter Blunderbuss as included accessories. The product text also says flexible plastic is used on key parts so the proportions stay intact without sacrificing articulation. The figure is presented as an edition that builds on the earlier Bloodborne Hunter figma.

The release is currently planned for May 2027. A fixed retail price, regional differences, or exclusive retailer bundles were not confirmed in the supplied information. The available sources do note that this is a re-release, but they do not provide a final price or a separate regional release schedule. No additional accessory list beyond the weapons mentioned above was confirmed in the supplied material.

Background

Bloodborne originally launched as a PlayStation 4 game from FromSoftware and is still described in the supplied sources as an official PS4 release. Good Smile Company’s product text explicitly references Bloodborne: The Old Hunters as the figure’s source material, naming the Hunter as the character from that expansion. That makes this a merchandise release directly based on the DLC version of the protagonist.

This new release is merchandise, not a game announcement. The available information does not mention a new Bloodborne port, remaster, or sequel. The source context does refer to Bloodborne as a game still being described as a PS4 title, but there is no additional confirmation of a new platform release or a game reissue. The figma re-release is therefore separate from any other Bloodborne rumors or expectations.

The figma Hunter: The Old Hunters Edition is intended as a collectible and focuses on the version of the protagonist from The Old Hunters, with poseable parts and in-game weapons. The product information emphasizes that the figure is designed to allow a variety of poses, which fits Good Smile Company’s figma line. The supplied source also describes the set as a version with extra weapons, setting it apart from a standard figure without those accessories.

The available information further confirms that the re-release is expected in May 2027, but not that the month is a final street date. Details about a European or U.S. release, an exact suggested retail price, or an exclusive store variant are also missing from the source. For now, the confirmed core fact is that Good Smile Company is offering the Bloodborne: The Old Hunters Hunter figma again as a pre-order product with a planned May 2027 release.
