Brilliant Minds and other shows canceled by NBC

NBC has announced the cancellation of both Brilliant Minds and Stumble. This decision means Brilliant Minds will end after its second season, while Stumble has wrapped up after completing its first and final season in March 2026.

About Brilliant Minds

Brilliant Minds is a medical drama set in New York City. The series premiered on September 14, 2024, and was highlighted by the performance of Zachary Quinto, who played Dr. Oliver Wolf. The story is based on the life of British neurologist Dr. Oliver Sacks and follows Dr. Wolf’s approach, using compassion to achieve remarkable breakthroughs in some of the world’s most challenging psychological cases.

The second season of Brilliant Minds premiered on September 19, 2025. The season took a break during the Olympics in early February, and the remaining episodes are expected to air starting May 27, 2026.

Stumble was a comedy series that followed the life of a cheerleading coach, played by Jenn Lyon. The series began on November 2, 2025, and ended with 13 episodes in March 2026. The story focuses on the challenges and humorous situations the coach and her new group of cheerleaders face as they try to win a championship.
