To get the windmill working again, players need to follow a few steps. Start by heading up inside the windmill, where two levers are located.

• Use the levers and look up to line up a stack of boxes and wooden planks with a switch on the wall.

• Climb up the ladder and press the switch to drop another ladder from the upper floor.

• Leave the upper floor and return to the lower level.

• Use the levers again to move the ladder into an accessible position.

• Climb up and use your 20 scrap metal to repair the windmill’s mechanism.

• Activate the brake lever to get the windmill sails turning.

Once the sails are moving, the ground-floor door will open and the terminal will become accessible to players.
