Wuchang: Fallen Feathers gets a new owner

Italian game company Digital Bros. has acquired the intellectual property rights to Wuchang: Fallen Feathers. The purchase marks an important step in the development and distribution of this action RPG, which has posted notable sales since its July 2025 release.

Digital Bros., the parent company of publisher 505 Games, bought the IP rights to Wangchun: Fallen Feathers from developer Chengdu Lingze Technology Co. Ltd for around $4.6 million. The transaction gives Digital Bros. full ownership of the game, including future royalties from sales.

Wuchang: Fallen Feathers has performed well in the market since launch. The game has sold more than 1 million units and generated more than $35.1 million in revenue. Digital Bros. said these strong commercial results reinforce confidence in the franchise and support the group’s future strategy.
