Announcements Summary for Xbox Partner Preview of October 2023

Microsoft has introduced a new show format named Xbox Partner Preview. The first stream showcased exciting revelations about Metal Gear Solid ?: Snake Eater, Alan Wake 2: Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth, and ARK: Survival Ascended. Konami unveiled the gameplay for the remake of Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater, developed on Unreal Engine 5. A gameplay trailer and walkthrough for Alan Wake II were also launched. The game is set to release on October 27, 2023, features a terrifying enemy who is alternately a human woman having more arms than the usual.

A new mini-game series, Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth, allows players to manage their island resort. ARK: Survival Ascended, the reinstatement of ARK: Survival Evolved using the Unreal Engine 5, also got its first reveal. The historical city building game, Manor Lords, disclosed its release date for Windows and PC Game Pass - April 26, 2024, with an accompanying gameplay trailer. A new game trailer of RoboCop: Rogue City and Still Wakes the Deep, a narrative horror game, were also launched.

Dungeons of Hinterberg, releasing in 2024, was previewed, alongside Spirit of the North 2 - a sequel that will see a fox and raven collaborating to restore lost guardians. The Finals, a free-to-play team-based shooter, announced its open beta on Xbox on October 26, 2023. Lastly, FuturLab and Thunderful announced a new fast-paced game featuring rogue-lite elements, Ikaro: Will Not Die.
