James Gunn's "Superman: Legacy" expands its cast with Sara Sampaio as Eve Teschmacher and Skyler Gisondo as Jimmy Olsen. Sampaio, the Portuguese model and actor known from Victoria Secret and the rom-com "At Midnight", will play Lex Luthor's assistant. Gisondo, recognized from "The Righteous Gemstones" and "The Amazing Spider-Man", will portray the iconic Daily Planet photographer, marking both actors' debut into the DC Universe.

Following the casting of Nicholas Hoult as Lex Luthor and María Gabriela de Faría as Angela Spica, these new roles add to the highly anticipated DC Studios feature. The upcoming Superman film will bring back these characters who have a long history in the Superman saga, with Eve Teschmacher last seen in live-action in the Richard Donner's Superman films and Jimmy Olsen recently portrayed in "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice".

David Corenswet is set to soar as the next Superman, with Rachel Brosnahan slated as his love interest, Lois Lane. "Superman: Legacy" aims to start filming early next year with a planned theatrical release of July 11, 2025, further expanding the DC cinematic universe and offering a fresh take on the legendary superhero narrative.
