The movie "Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom" has encountered another delay but this time it's just by two days, now due to release on Friday, Dec. 22, Warner Bros. confirmed. This is not the first change in the movie's schedule as it had been shifted multiple times from its original release date of Dec. 16, 2022. Firstly to March 2023, then to Dec. 25, and Dec. 20 and now finally to Dec. 22. Reports suggest that the production faced hardships, including three sessions of reshoots following underwhelming test screenings.
There were also rumours of Jason Momoa trying to get Amber Heard ousted from the production. Despite the issues, the movie seems to have been successfully put together as seen from multiple trailers and it doesn't appear to have dissuaded director James Wan from intending to complete the Aquaman trilogy with a third movie.
