Diablo 4 Team Hints at Popular Cow Level Return

Diablo 4 developers have hinted at the highly anticipated, yet unconfirmed, Cow Level at BlizzCon 2023. Players have reportedly made significant progress in uncovering the Cow Level mystery, particularly since the launch of Diablo 4's Season 2. Currently, it appears that players can obtain three "Items of Great Significance" by eliminating 666 cows. These items, which can only be procured one per week, can potentially be utilized to craft a key granting access to the Forlorn Hovel. Many fans suspect that this location houses the elusive portal to the Cow Level in Diablo 4.

Additionally, Blizzard disclosed that Diablo 4's first extension, Vessel of Hatred, is set for release in late 2024. The expansion is set in Nahantu region and focuses on the destiny of Mephisto and his intentions for Sanctuary. It also introduces a brand-new, never-before-seen Diablo class.
