Fall Guys Director David Leitch in Talks for Gears of War Film

With the Gears of War movie adaptation making waves, director David Leitch, known for Fall Guy, is in negotiations to produce the film alongside The Coalition. Following previous failed attempts, Netflix has secured the rights to create a more faithful adaptation of the beloved video game saga. Acclaimed screenwriter Jon Spaihts, who received an Oscar nomination for Dune, is tasked with penning the script. This comes in conjunction with the upcoming video game release, Gears of War: E-Day, in which original voice actors Marcus Fenix and Dominic Santiago will reprise their roles.
