Fast Fusion Update Boosts Image Quality for Switch 2 Launch

The futuristic racing game Fast Fusion is set to receive a significant update that aims to enhance its image quality. Scheduled for release on June 26, this update will introduce a new rendering mode called "Pure," which will allow the game to run at native resolutions—1440p when docked and 1080p in handheld mode. This change addresses previous criticisms regarding the game's image quality resulting from reliance on upscaling technologies. Additionally, the update will add a new Carbium Cup featuring three new tracks—Alpine Trust, Sunahara Plains, and Zenshoh Habitat, each redesigned with improved graphics and layouts to leverage the game's unique Hyperjump feature. Other enhancements include new particle effects, music inclusions, improved progression mechanics, and stability optimizations.
