The final season is set to start with three episodes and then follow a weekly release schedule, totaling 11 episodes. International fans will have to wait a bit longer for a release date on Disney+. The upcoming season centers around Guillermo's existential crisis after a short stint as a full vampire and the vampires reflecting on their lack of accomplishments over the past 50 years. The announcement was made ahead of a special panel at San Diego Comic Con, featuring key cast members and producers, along with a sneak preview of a new episode.
