The first image of the upcoming animated series Avatar: Seven Havens has been unveiled during the 20th anniversary panel for Avatar: The Last Airbender at San Diego Comic-Con 2025. This highly anticipated series follows the journey of a young Earthbender who becomes the next Avatar following Korra. Co-created by original series creators Michael DiMartino and Bryan Konietzko, Avatar: Seven Havens is set in a world devastated by a cataclysm and introduces themes of danger as the new Avatar is hunted by enemies, both human and spirit. The show will consist of 26 episodes divided into two seasons, with the first season titled Book 1 consisting of 13 episodes. Nickelodeon aims to expand its Avatar universe with this series alongside an animated movie following adult Aang, set for release on January 30, 2026.
