Forza Horizon 4 gets delisted soon – race 21,000 times now

Jun 26, 2024 4:26 PM

Forza Horizon 4, a beloved entry in the racing game series, will be delisted from Xbox and PC online storefronts on December 15, 2024. Playground Games cites licensing issues as the reason for its removal. Players who already own the game or its DLC can continue to download and play it, and online multiplayer features will still be available. If you played Forza Horizon 4 via Xbox Game Pass and purchased DLC, you'll receive a game token, provided your subscription was active on June 25. As the game gears up for de-listing, the DLC is only available through the Deluxe or Ultimate Editions, with the current Series being the last one. Notably, fans might want to explore completing The Goliath race in one of the classic cars before the game is removed.

What happens to Forza Horizon 4 after it gets delisted?

After Forza Horizon 4 gets delisted, players who already own the game and its DLC can still download, install, and play it. The game's offline, online, and multiplayer features will remain accessible, and physical copies bought after the delisting will also support online features.

Forza Horizon 4, developed by Playground Games and published by Xbox Game Studios, is the fourth installment in the Forza Horizon series. Set in a fictionalized representation of Great Britain, the game features dynamic seasons that change gameplay and scenery. First released in 2018, it quickly became a hit for its open-world exploration and detailed car customization, earning a loyal community of racing enthusiasts.

Bummer about Forza Horizon 4 getting delisted, but at least fans can still enjoy it if they already own it. Those dynamic seasons and the epic Goliath race will be missed in the storefronts

It's a bummer to see Forza Horizon 4 delisted due to licensing issues, but at least existing owners can still enjoy all the features. If you've been on the fence, now's the time to snag the Deluxe or Ultimate Editions and maybe take one last spin on The Goliath. 🚗💨

Such a bummer to see Forza Horizon 4 getting delisted, but it's a relief that current players can still enjoy its features. Definitely worth diving into the Goliath race one more time in a classic ride before it goes
