Get Ready to Command the Stars: 'Homeworld 3' Lifts Off in March 2024

The upcoming launch comes over two decades after the release of Homeworld 2 and follows a brief delay from its originally projected February slot.
The highly-anticipated space strategy game is now available for pre-orders, offering four distinct editions: Standard, Deluxe, Fleet Command, and Collector’s Edition. The higher-tier Fleet Command and Collector’s Editions provide early access beginning March 5, 2024, along with a Year One Pass which includes new content for the War Game mode. Each edition features a variety of digital and physical bonuses, with the Collector’s Edition boasting several Homeworld 3 ship figures and other collectibles.
To celebrate the game's upcoming release, a making-of documentary is also scheduled for December 2024, diving into the saga of Homeworld 3's development. Gearbox Publishing expresses excitement for fans to dive back into the Homeworld universe, commanding the Mothership on new adventures. Development began over four years since the announcement, and now the long wait for Homeworld enthusiasts is nearing its end as they gear up to explore and conquer the galaxy once more.
