Idris Elba has taken a central role in the newly unveiled trailer for the upcoming Cyberpunk 2077 expansion, Phantom Liberty.
The trailer, which showcases a variety of brief gameplay scenes from the impending expansion, is set to be released on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X and S, and PC tomorrow. The last generation of consoles, however, won't support this expansion.
Gamers have an opportunity to explore a new area named Dogtown in this expansion, which introduces new missions and dynamic events, as well as fresh outfits, weapons, and cyberware.
A free update for Cyberpunk 2077 was also rolled out last week for contemporary platforms, enhancing the AI of adversaries. Alongside, multiple new features have been added, such as the ability to fire guns while driving, place weapons and rockets on vehicles, and remotely control vehicles to create crashes. Furthermore, the police system will be overhauled.
A detailed guide on how and when Phantom Liberty can be played is available. More content from author Michel Musters, who has been part of Gamer.nl's editorial team since 2007 and is particularly fond of The Legend of Zelda and Hollow Knight, can be accessed through the website.
