A live-action Zelda movie could either be a stunning love letter to fans or a questionable why did they do that moment—no in-between. At least with Miyamoto involved, there's hope they'll respect the lore instead of going full game adaptation curse mode.
Also, New Zealand’s landscapes are basically Hyrule IRL, so the scenery alone might make this worth watching even if the script stumbles.
