Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 has released a new live-action trailer titled 'The Lobby', showcasing a vibrant assembly of game players readying for battle. This encapsulates the concept of a multiplayer lobby springing to life. The game, set to release on November 10, will be available on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X and S, Xbox One, and PC. On release, the game will feature the 16 multiplayer maps from the 2009 Modern Warfare 2 and will also include a Zombies mode.

Activision Blizzard is responsible for publishing Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3, a company now under Microsoft's umbrella. However, Microsoft has secured many deals with other companies that would ensure the popular shooter series remains playable on most consoles for at least the next decade, even eventually on Nintendo consoles. Phil Spencer, Xbox head, recently stated his intentions to make all Call of Duty games as uniform as possible across all systems, even potentially phasing out the exclusive beta period.
