The iconic Bond-themed opening now features new vocals from Cynthia Harrell, who re-recorded the theme song while Kyle Cooper revamped the visuals, removing any credits that would note Hideo Kojima's involvement. This version not only maintains the essence of the original song but also showcases more gameplay footage with enhanced graphics. Metal Gear Solid Delta is set to launch on August 28, 2025, for PS5 and Steam, and will include the beloved Snake vs Monkey minigame. Although Kojima Productions is not involved in the remake, it aims to be a "doggedly faithful remake" according to early previews. In the meantime, Kojima is busy with his own projects, including Death Stranding 2.
