Microsoft reveals epic July 2024 Xbox Game Pass lineup

Microsoft has unveiled the Xbox Game Pass July 2024 Wave 1 lineup, bringing several exciting titles to subscribers. Beginning July 3, the lineup features "Journey to the Savage Planet" (Cloud, Console, and PC), previously reviewed by IGN with a score of 6/10. Following that, "Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2" (Cloud, Console, and PC) joins on the same day and has received a highly favorable 9/10 rating from IGN. The second week of July sees the arrival of "Cricket 24" and "The Case of the Golden Idol" on July 9. On July 11, "Neon White" and "Tchia" are added, the latter featuring the latest sandbox updates. Concluding Wave 1, on July 16, are the day-one launches of "Magical Delicacy" and "Flock" (Cloud, Console, and PC), the latter being a co-op game centered on flight and collecting creatures.

Players should also note that some games will be leaving Game Pass on July 15, including "Coffee Talk Episode 2: Hibiscus & Butterfly" and "TOEM" among others. Subscribers can take advantage of up to 20% savings if they wish to retain these departing titles in their library.

Though it features comedic elements and creative environments, it received mixed reviews, with some critics pointing out that it didn't fully capitalize on its potential.
