More PS Plus Games Set to Arrive This Summer

Sony has unveiled an exciting lineup of new titles coming to the PS Plus catalog this summer, featuring both classic games and day one releases. Notable additions include FBC Firebreak launching for PS5 on June 17, along with iconic classics such as Deus Ex for PS2 on the same day, and multiple Twisted Metal titles arriving in mid-July. Additionally, the beloved Resident Evil 2 and 3 are set to return to PS1, while Sword of the Sea, a highly anticipated title by the creator of Abzu, will land on PS5 on August 19. The Days of Play promotional event will also see the arrival of Myst and its sequel Riven on PS Plus. PS Plus Extra or Premium subscribers will enjoy access to day one titles, while retro classics will be exclusively available for Premium members.

What new games are coming to PS Plus this summer?

This summer, PS Plus subscribers can look forward to the launch of FBC Firebreak and Deus Ex on June 17, Twisted Metal 3 and 4 on July 15, Resident Evil 2 and 3 in summer 2025, and Sword of the Sea on August 19.

Deus Ex is widely regarded as one of the best action-RPGs of all time, known for its deep narrative, engaging gameplay, and player choice. Released in 2000, it set a benchmark in the genre. Meanwhile, Sword of the Sea from the developer behind Abzu promises an equally immersive experience, blending stunning visuals with captivating music from Austin Wintory, the composer of Journey, indicating a seamless fusion of art and gameplay.
