The original Fortnite map, dating back to Chapter 1 of the game, is set to return on 3rd November, as confirmed by Epic Games through social media. Rumors have suggested for some time that the original map would return in the fifth season of Chapter 4 due to an out-of-control time machine, with changes to reflect different seasons of Chapter 1 occurring on a weekly basis.

Prices for V-Bucks, Fortnite's in-game currency, have also increased. Previously announced last month by Epic, the new cost for 1000 V-Bucks is now €8.99, up from €7.99, and 5000 V-Bucks have increased from €31.99 to €36.99. The company attributed the price increase to economic factors such as inflation and currency value changes. However, prices for Fortnite Crew subscriptions will remain unchanged.
