Play as Joker in Suicide Squad game post-launch

Rocksteady Studios, known for their Arkham series, has announced a significant update for their upcoming release, "Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League". The game is scheduled to launch on February 2nd, and the first season is set to commence in March. Season one will bring a fresh playable character that will intrigue fans—the iconic villain, The Joker. This addition is particularly notable as The Joker has previously met his end within the Arkham universe. However, this is not the same Joker. Rocksteady explains that this character is the "Elsewhere Joker" from a parallel universe where he was already a member of the Suicide Squad. The notion of a multiverse has been featured in several comic book storylines, and it allows for this new interpretation of the character to co-exist with the established lore.
