PLAYSTATION Plus Expands Game Lineup in March

Sony has announced an exciting lineup of new games for PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium subscribers starting March 19, 2024. The upcoming additions include high-profile titles like NBA 2K24 Kobe Bryant Edition, Marvel’s Midnight Suns, and the remake of the survival horror classic, Resident Evil 3. Other games joining the service are LEGO DC Supervillains, Mystic Pillars: Remastered, Blood Bowl 3, Super Neptunia RPG, and Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot. Moreover, PlayStation Plus Premium members will gain access to a selection of PlayStation Classics such as Jak and Daxter The Lost Frontier, Cool Boarders, Gods Eater Burst, Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Trilogy, and JoJos Bizarre Adventure AllStar Battle R. This move mirrors competitor Microsoft's strategy with their Xbox Game Pass lineup announcement.

Marvel's Midnight Suns is the latest strategy RPG from Firaxis Games, known for their work on the XCOM series. The game blends the publisher's expertise in tactical gameplay with the Marvel Universe, presenting an all-new story featuring a host of popular Marvel heroes facing off against supernatural threats.

Resident Evil 3 is a comprehensive remake of the classic survival horror game originally released in 1999. Developed and published by Capcom, it was praised for its modernized gameplay, graphics, and expanded narrative. It follows Jill Valentine as she attempts to escape a city overrun with zombies and the relentless bioweapon Nemesis.

Whoa, Sony's bringing some serious firepower to PlayStation Plus with those additions Marvel’s Midnight Suns and the Resident Evil 3 remake are definitely big draws for subscribers, and it's cool to see Sony upping their game in response to the Xbox Game Pass lineup.
