The remastered version of the video game Kingpin, known as Kingpin: Reloaded, is set to be released on December 5th for PC, according to announcements by publishers 3D Realms and Interplay as well as developer Slipgate Ironworks. However, the launch details for previously mentioned PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch platforms remain unclear at this point.
Kingpin: Reloaded, originally launched in 1999, is renowned for its violent gameplay where players roam a city and battle against rival gangs using an extensive arsenal of weapons. The remastered version includes enhancements such as 4K gameplay, controller support, new missions, a redesigned conversation system, and revised gameplay balance. It will also support ultrawide monitors.
Interestingly, the game will feature a 'No Violence' mode where the level of violence is scaled back. The game will be available on the Steam platform upon release.
