Aug 14, 2024 4:00 PM

The Scott Pilgrim franchise is celebrating its 20th anniversary this year, and creator Bryan Lee O'Malley will embark on a North American signing tour to mark the occasion. Starting in October, O'Malley is scheduled to visit 12 comic shops and bookstores across Canada and the US. To coincide with the celebrations, Oni Press is releasing new products including two Scott Pilgrim 20th Anniversary box sets with remastered graphic novels and a "Collected Extras" volume featuring behind-the-scenes content. Additional releases include a coloring book edition of the original graphic novel and a print collection spanning two decades of art. This tour and the new releases reflect the enduring popularity of Scott Pilgrim in both comic and animated forms.

What new releases will coincide with the Scott Pilgrim 20th Anniversary tour?

The new releases include two anniversary box sets with remastered versions of the graphic novels, a coloring book edition of "Scott Pilgrim's Precious Little Life," and a "Scott Pilgrim Print Collection 2004-2024" featuring curated art prints.

Scott Pilgrim first burst onto the scene in 2004 with "Scott Pilgrim's Precious Little Life" and quickly gained a fanbase thanks to its unique blend of humor, romance, and video game culture. The franchise also includes the critically acclaimed movie "Scott Pilgrim vs. the World" and the recent animated series "Scott Pilgrim Takes Off," which reimagines O'Malley's work while expanding on its themes and characters. The combination of nostalgia and fresh content has solidified Scott Pilgrim's place in modern pop culture and continues to attract new fans.
