Short teaser of new Mass Effect shown

Bioware released a short teaser for the new Mass Effect game in celebration of N7 Day, an annual event marking the Mass Effect franchise. They shared various brief teasers throughout the evening and later merged them into one final teaser, which features a character donning an N7-logo outfit. Franchise director and executive producer Mike Gamble expressed his gratitude to the fans and his luck in imaging the future of the series.

No specific details were given about the new Mass Effect game, although a previous teaser hinted at a Mass Relay being constructed. Rumors also suggest the possible return of Commander Shepard from the original trilogy. Bioware, which experienced layoffs of about fifty employees last August, is concurrently working on Dragon Age: Dreadwolf. Release dates for both Dragon Age: Dreadwolf and the new Mass Effect remain undisclosed.
