Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds Gameplay Revealed at Sony’s State of Play

Sega has unveiled gameplay for Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds during the Sony State of Play 2025 event. This racing game is set to release soon for multiple platforms, including PC, PlayStation, Xbox, and Nintendo Switch. A closed network test is scheduled for February 21. Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds promises a unique racing experience, showcasing iconic Sonic characters and a new gameplay mechanic called Travel Rings. This feature dynamically alters the race by teleporting players to different terrains mid-race. Additionally, players will enjoy the largest character roster in any Sonic racing game and extensive customization options for vehicles, allowing for a personalized racing experience.

Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds will be available on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X and S, and Nintendo Switch.
