Aiming to achieve a level of realism that further draws players into the story, the developers released information about their process, which includes capturing the likeness of real actors and handcrafting costumes in traditional ways. The much-anticipated sequel to the 2019 cult hit, Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice, continues the narrative of Senua and her experiences with psychosis. Further information disclosed this summer stated that the game is set to be released in 2024 on Xbox Series X and S, PC, and Game Pass.
