Great news for Titanfall 2 fans! After being pretty much unplayable for years due to server issues, Titanfall 2's much-loved, yet not very successful first-person shooter game is now back online. Developers have rolled out an update that has not only fixed the matchmaking issues and shaky server stability but also brought back some old game modes and introduced new ones. You might also notice some other improvements in the gameplay, such as corrected glitches and adjustments to the map’s layout.

But what's got everyone talking is the appearance of Nessie plushies from Apex Legends, scattered around the updated areas of the maps. They seem to have a hammer in their hold - noticed by an eagle-eyed Reddit user. On top of that, amongst the patch notes of Apex Legends' upcoming Harbingers Collection Event, some coded timestamps were discovered, which intriguingly correspond to the release dates of Titanfall, Titanfall 2, and Apex Legends.

While this doesn't confirm anything huge in the pipeline for Titanfall specifically, the reference to the games obviously has fans speculating. As of now, the developers have confirmed they aren’t working on any projects related to Titanfall 3, although they have expressed interest in wanting to see it happen. For now, however, fans who have missed playing Titanfall 2 online can rejoice and enjoy the updated gameplay. So gear up, jump back on the servers, and happy gaming!
