Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour again won the weekend at the American box office, outpacing the $23 million roll-out of Martin Scorsese's Killers of the Flower Moon, with ticket sales summing up to $31 million for the concert film. Despite a significant 67% drop from its debut weekend, Swift's self-financed concert film has already grossed over $100 million, becoming the first concert film to do so in North America. With its domestic gross now at $129.7 million, the film's success is a testament to Swift's star power.

Killers of the Flower Moon achieved an additional $44 million from international audiences, accumulating a global total of $67 million. This Scorsese picture, heralded as one of his 'most brutal yet thoughtful and self-reflexive films', questions the extent of human greed, which it presents as a defining feature of American history. Other films in the domestic weekend top five included The Exorcist: Believer at $5.6 million, Paw Patrol: The Mighty Movie at $4.4 million, and the re-release of 1993's The Nightmare Before Christmas at $4.1 million.
