Microsoft has revealed that Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 will require a substantial 309.85 GB of storage space on the Xbox Series X and S. This makes it potentially the largest Call of Duty game in terms of storage requirements at launch. This massive size includes the full game experience, comprising of its campaign, multiplayer, and zombies mode, and it will be part of Call of Duty HQ, Activision’s game launcher. Players can manage the game's size to some extent by selecting specific parts to install. Black Ops 6 is positioned as a fresh start with no carry-forward content from Modern Warfare 2 and 3, although it will integrate with Warzone. Fans can look forward to 16 new multiplayer maps and new movement systems. Set in the early 1990s, right after the events of Black Ops Cold War, it ties back to the 1980s flashbacks in Black Ops 2.
