Assassin's Creed Heredis: a new live experience
The Assassin's Creed franchise, which has been around for nearly two decades, has expanded across a wide range of media, including video games, a feature film, and soon a TV series. Ubisoft recently announced that the iconic franchise is also heading to the stage with a live show called Heredis.
About Heredis
Heredis is an original story in the Assassin's Creed series and offers a completely new experience for both fans and newcomers. The story follows a young man traveling through history in search of his lost father. Notably, viewers do not need any prior knowledge of the games to follow the show.
Production by The 7 Fingers
The live show is being produced by The 7 Fingers, a theater company known for its innovative and acrobatic productions. The combination of acrobatics and parkour in the performance promises a visually spectacular experience, capturing the signature elements of the Assassin's Creed world in a unique way.

More announcements to come
Heredis premieres on December 3, 2026, adding a new chapter to the franchise's storytelling. An official Heredis website is already live, and more performances are expected to be announced in the future. It remains an exciting time for Assassin's Creed fans, not only because of the live show, but also due to the upcoming game Assassin's Creed: Black Flag Resynced, which is set to release on July 9, 2026 for Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, and PC.
Alongside Heredis, another original title is also in development, currently codenamed Hexe. However, that project is now under pressure, as director Benoit Richer recently left Ubisoft Montreal to launch his own studio, Servo Games.
With Heredis, Ubisoft appears to be pushing its creative boundaries once again, taking the Assassin's Creed franchise to new heights in both the digital and physical worlds.
