Turn 10 Studios has released the first major patch for the newly released Forza Motorsport. Despite receiving generally positive reviews, numerous gamers expressed criticism shortly after the release of the racing game due to the abundance of bugs and performance issues. The now-released patch aims to solve many of these issues.
With the patch, the game should generally run more stably and crash less frequently. The way players make progress has also been changed, allowing car parts to be unlocked faster. Additionally, the graphics of certain tracks have been improved, the multiplayer should run more stably, and various bugs related to cars present in the game have been fixed. The complete patch notes can be found [here].
Sander Hölsgens rated the game an 8.5, saying, "Forza Motorsport is an ode to motorsport. Here, it's all about gasoline, roaring engines, gravel traps, and classic circuits. It represents a culture as it once was: loud, theatrical, bold, yet also slightly masculine. It results in an intriguing game; never before has it been so fun and thrilling to race in the fog on Spa Francorchamps with a souped-up Toyota Celica or a factory version of the Porsche 911 GT3. The only thing missing? A good and varied single-player."
The game is available on Xbox Series X and S, PC, and Xbox Game Pass.n
