A player of Spider-Man 2 took the gaming experience to a new level by adjusting the game's settings to create a look reminiscent of Marvel's Noir universe. The Noir universe is a darker, alternative version of the Marvel universe, set during the Great Depression.

The user, known as Redditor SpaceYetiGamer, achieved this effect by enabling Film Style Animation, Comic SFX, and High Contrast Background in the Visuals tab after equipping the game's unique Spider-Verse Noir Suit. This resulted in an enjoyable black and white aesthetic, quickly getting the attention of the gaming community.

Fans of the game have shown a high level of appreciation for this new visual style, with many expressing interest in trying it out for themselves. Some even plan to use it in the upcoming New Game Plus update set to release before the end of the year by game developers, Insomniac.

Speaking of the game's success, Spider-Man 2 launched last month and was met with considerable positivity both regarding sales and critical reviews. As a sequel, the game has been praised for evolving the successful formula of combat and web-swinging without drifting too far from the original, aside from a few new exciting tweaks and abilities.
