Robocop: Rogue City, initially announced to be released for the Nintendo Switch among other platforms, has now been cancelled for the Switch according to a statement from the publisher Nacon to Gematsu. The decision follows the original plan where the Switch release was due after the game's launch on other platforms. Despite the cancellation for the Nintendo Switch, the game is confirmed to be launched as normal on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X and S, as well as on Steam and the Epic Games Store, on 2nd November. Robocop: Rogue City allows players to step into the metallic skin of Robocop, a former police officer resurrected as a law-enforcing machine, hunting down criminals in Detroit with the brutal force and weaponry of Robocop. The game also released a new trailer which can be viewed on YouTube.
