The troubles faced by Payday 3, which plagued its release with server and matchmaking issues, have reportedly been resolved, according to game developer Starbreeze. After the game's September 21 launch, players experienced difficulties participating in games, leading Starbreeze to promptly issue a public apology. Starbreeze now assures gamers that these concerns have been addressed. The issue primarily evolved from third-party matchmaking software that couldn't handle the immense influx of players. Starbreeze has implemented improvements now, making the matchmaking process stable. CEO Tobias Sjögren showed gratitude toward the players, attributing the company's success to their community's patience and support throughout the ordeal. He acknowledged the game's rocky start, but assured that their focus is on the long run and they'll continue improving Payday 3. Payday 3, playable on Xbox Series X and S, PlayStation 5, and PC (also available via Game Pass), picks up years after Payday 2, centered around returning characters Dallas, Hoxton, Chain, and Wolf in New York City. In the coming month, over two hundred improvements will be incorporated into the game with an update, indicating Starbreeze's commitment towards delivering the best possible gaming experience.
